Presented by Diabolique Magazine, The Smiling Man screens in Bloomington Indiana at a premiere festival that MovieMaker Magazine ranked one of the "Top 25 Film Festivals Worth the Entry Fee" and one of the "13 Horror Film Festivals to Die For!" Screening in a block called "The Ominous" with short films "Shi," "Basilisk," and many more.

The Smiling Man is nominated for 4 awards at Diabolique: Best Horror Short, Best Director, Best Sound/Score and Best Cinematography. We are screening in gorgeous 2k Scope, 5.1 Dolby Surround Sound DCP!

Held in Aguascalientes, Mexico, Post Mortem will be the site of our Mexico premiere! The event takes place October 1-4. Puerto Rico, the Smiling Man is coming for you! We are so pumped to announce that The Smiling Man is an Official Selection of the Puerto Rico Horror Film Fest! Going on 9 years strong, the Puerto Rico Horror Film Fest is ranked by MovieMaker Magazine as one of the 13 Horror Film Festivals to Die For!

About the Puerto Rico Horror Film Fest

MovieMaker Magazine names us as one of the 13 Horror Film Festivals to Die For. The PRHFF is one of Latin America’s premier horror film festivals. The PRHFF is open to the public. Accredited national and international press, as well as TV and film buyers and distributors also participate.

In addition to showcasing the best genre films that indie moviemaking has to offer, this exotic fest also features a number of special events, including an exposition of Bizarre Artwork and the Fashionably Spooky Show. Official Selection - Virginia Independent Horror Film Festival 2015

The Smiling Man heads off to Winchester for our Virginia Premiere at the Virginia Independent Horror Film Festival! The festival takes over the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema for four days over the Halloween weekend, from October 29 to November 1, complete with a midnight screening of Army of Darkness!

The Halloween Horror Picture Show began in 2002 and was a yearly event until 2008. It was resurrected in 2013 and has become the premier Halloween Horror Film Festival in the Tampabay area. The Smiling Man screens at 5:20pm on Saturday, September 26th, with short film Killer Tape and the feature RWD.

Groovy, baby! We are excited to announce that The Smiling Man will be screening as an official selection of Bruce Campbell's Horror Film Festival, part of the Wizard World Chicago Comic Con! We will have our Chicago Premiere at the amazing Muvico Rosemont theatres on the weekend of August 20-23!

We are a late submission, which made us a late selection, haha, so as of now we don't know exactly when we are going to be screening, but we will let you know as soon as we find out!

Official Selection - The Underground Film Festival 2015

Friends in Ireland! We are proud to announce our Ireland Premiere as an Official Selection of the 5th Annual Underground Film Festival in Cork! With submissions from 35 countries around the globe, we are excited to be among the list of films to have made the cut!

The Underground Film Festival (previously named the Underground Short Film Festival) celebrates its 5th year on August 22-29th at the Vision Centre at St. Peter's in Cork City Ireland.

The Smiling Man goes down under in September for our Australian Premiere at the 9th Annual Sydney Underground Film Festival 2015! We will be screening at the Factory Theatre with a great selection of underground films from Australia and the world over from Thursday through Sunday, September 17-20th.
